How much time should we set aside for the training? 

The class will be about 4-5 hours and can be split into sections or held over consecutive/staggered days.

How do we prepare for the class?

The client and the instructor will hold a pre-class meeting to ensure desired scope agenda, scenarios, and departmental groupings for the class. Users will be required to create an account with ChatGPT.

Dave OConnell

Dave is an experienced IT leader and adult educator with a 25-year history managing and delivering technical training across multiple Enterprise level CRM and AMS platforms as well as on MS 365 Adoption. He is adept at presenting via blended solutions including virtual, web based, instructor led, and self-directed techniques including the creation of on demand video. Dave has a deep and practical knowledge of adult learning styles and instructional methodologies and is flexible in his delivery.
